Customer
The terms "Customer," "You," or "Your" refer to you as a user or recipient of any of our Services.

Content
"Content" includes, but is not limited to, reviews, images, photos, audio, video, location data, and all other types of information or data.

"Your Content" or "Customer Content" refers to any content that you upload, share, or transmit through the Services, including ratings, reviews, images, photos, messages, profile information, or any materials you store or publicly display on your account.

"UniversalTradeMart Content" refers to content created and provided by UniversalTradeMart in connection with the Services. This includes visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, designs, compilations, software, products, aggregate ratings, reports, and usage-related data linked to your account. It does not include Your Content or Third-Party Content.

"Third-Party Content" refers to content provided by parties other than UniversalTradeMart or its customers, made available through the Services.

Buyer(s)
Refers to individuals or entities—directly or through representatives—who use the UniversalTradeMart Platform to post leads or inquiries for commercial purposes.

Seller(s)
Refers to individuals or entities—directly or through representatives—who offer or sell their products to Buyers for commercial purposes via the UniversalTradeMart Platform.

To use or access the UniversalTradeMart Platform and its Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register and use our Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Business Purpose
The Services are intended exclusively for commercial and business use. By registering as a Buyer or Seller, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform for trade, business, or professional purposes, not for personal or household use.

3. Legal Capacity
You must have full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement with UniversalTradeMart. If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are duly authorized to bind that entity.

4. Compliance with Laws
By using the Services, you agree to conduct your activities on the Platform in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Restrictions
UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to deny access to any individual or entity that does not meet these eligibility requirements or whose participation may pose legal, reputational, or security risks to the Platform.

Modification of Terms
UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Such changes may include updates to rules, policies, fees, or any other aspect of the Services.

Notification of Changes

The Services are available through the UniversalTradeMart website and related mobile applications.

Customer
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to anyone using the Services offered by UniversalTradeMart. Customers may interact with Buyers, Sellers, or other users through the Platform.

Content
The Platform may include listings, reviews, images, photos, audio, video, location data, and other forms of information. “Your Content” refers to any content you upload, share, or transmit on the Platform, including product listings, reviews, messages, and profile information. “UniversalTradeMart Content” refers to content created by UniversalTradeMart to deliver the Services, including interface designs, features, software, reports, and data. “Third-Party Content” refers to content provided by sources other than UniversalTradeMart or its Customers that appears on the Platform.

Buyer(s)
Buyers are individuals or entities who use the UniversalTradeMart Platform to search for products, post leads, or request services for commercial purposes.

Seller(s)
Sellers are individuals or entities who use the UniversalTradeMart Platform to offer products for sale, provide services, or respond to Buyers’ leads for commercial purposes.

Use of Services
By using the UniversalTradeMart Platform, Customers, Buyers, and Sellers acknowledge that the Platform serves solely as a facilitator connecting parties. UniversalTradeMart is not responsible for any transactions, negotiations, or agreements that occur between users. All users agree to follow applicable laws and regulations when engaging with the Services.

Overview of Services
UniversalTradeMart provides an online platform that connects Buyers and Sellers for commercial purposes. The Platform allows users to post and respond to leads, offer products for sale, access information about listed products and services, and interact with other users through various features available on the website and mobile applications.

Customer
The terms "Customer," "You," or "Your" refer to anyone using the UniversalTradeMart Platform or its Services to interact with Buyers, Sellers, or other content on the Platform.

Content
The Services may include content such as product listings, reviews, images, videos, messages, location data, and other information. "Your Content" or "Customer Content" refers to content that you upload, share, or transmit through the Services, including ratings, reviews, messages, and profile information. "UniversalTradeMart Content" refers to content created by UniversalTradeMart to deliver the Services, such as interface designs, graphics, software, interactive features, reports, and usage-related data. "Third-Party Content" refers to content created by parties other than UniversalTradeMart or its Customers but made available through the Services.

Buyer(s)
Buyers are individuals or entities who use the Platform to post leads, search for products, or request commercial services.

Seller(s)
Sellers are individuals or entities who use the Platform to offer products for sale, respond to leads, or provide services to Buyers for commercial purposes.

Use of Services
By using the UniversalTradeMart Platform, Customers, Buyers, and Sellers acknowledge that the Platform functions as a facilitator. UniversalTradeMart is not responsible for the quality, delivery, legality, or fulfillment of products or services exchanged between users. All negotiations, transactions, and agreements occur directly between the parties involved.

Customer Responsibilities
As a Customer ("You" or "Your") of the UniversalTradeMart Platform, you agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Your actions must not disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Platform, other users, or any third-party systems.

Your Content
"Your Content" or "Customer Content" refers to all content you upload, share, or transmit through the Services, including product listings, reviews, ratings, images, videos, messages, and profile information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party.

UniversalTradeMart Content
"UniversalTradeMart Content" includes materials created and provided by UniversalTradeMart to operate the Services, such as interface designs, software, graphics, interactive features, reports, and various tools. This content is protected and must not be used outside the Platform without explicit authorization.

Third-Party Content
"Third-Party Content" refers to materials provided by other users, advertisers, or third parties. While such content may be accessible through the UniversalTradeMart Platform, UniversalTradeMart is not responsible for its legality, accuracy, or quality. Any interaction or use of Third-Party Content is entirely at your own risk.

Buyer(s)
Buyers are Customers who use the Platform to post leads, search for products, or request services for commercial purposes. Buyers are required to act responsibly, provide truthful information, and communicate in good faith with Sellers.

Seller(s)
Sellers are Customers who list products or services for sale on the UniversalTradeMart Platform. Sellers must ensure that all product information, offers, and interactions with Buyers are lawful, accurate, and comply with applicable regulations.

Purpose of LOIs
Letters of Intent (LOIs) provided through the Golden Buyer Services on the UniversalTradeMart Platform act only as preliminary expressions of interest between Buyers and Sellers. They are not binding agreements, contracts, or commitments to complete a transaction.

No Guarantee of Transaction
UniversalTradeMart does not guarantee that any LOI will result in a sale, purchase, or commercial deal. Buyers and Sellers are solely responsible for negotiating, verifying, and formalizing any agreements arising from LOIs.

Customer Responsibilities
By using the Golden Buyer Services, you ("Customer," "You," or "Your") acknowledge that you are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, legitimacy, and relevance of any LOI you submit or receive. You must exercise due diligence and ensure compliance with all applicable laws during every interaction.

Disclaimer of Liability
UniversalTradeMart and its affiliates are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from LOIs, including any reliance placed on their content. All risks related to the interpretation or use of LOIs rest solely with the Customers involved.

Third-Party Content
LOIs or related information may be provided by other users or external sources. UniversalTradeMart does not verify the authenticity or accuracy of such content, and any reliance on it is entirely at your own risk.

Buyer(s) and Seller(s)
Buyers are Customers seeking commercial opportunities through LOIs, while Sellers are Customers submitting or responding to LOI-based offers. Both parties must act honestly, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable regulations when using the Golden Buyer Services.

Overview
UniversalTradeMart provides both free and paid services through its Platform. Pricing for subscriptions, premium features, or individual services is clearly displayed prior to purchase and may vary based on the selected plan or offering.

Customer Responsibility
As a Customer ("You" or "Your"), it is your responsibility to review and understand all pricing information before accessing any paid services. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at the time of the transaction.

Payment Terms
Payments must be made using the authorized payment methods available on the UniversalTradeMart Platform. All charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to update pricing, introduce new charges, or modify payment terms, with prior notice provided where applicable.

Buyer(s)
Buyers using the Platform are responsible for understanding any fees associated with posting leads, requesting services, or accessing premium tools or features.

Seller(s)
Sellers offering products or services on the Platform must ensure that all pricing is accurate, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for clearly communicating any charges to avoid disputes with Buyers.

Third-Party Services
Certain services available on the Platform may be provided by third-party vendors. Pricing, payment terms, and refund policies for such services are governed solely by the respective third-party provider. UniversalTradeMart is not responsible for billing, payment, or refund issues related to third-party offerings.

Customer
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to any individual or entity using the UniversalTradeMart Platform or its Services.

Your Content
“Your Content” or “Customer Content” includes all information, data, or materials you upload, post, share, or transmit through the Services. This may include product listings, reviews, ratings, messages, images, videos, and profile details. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content is accurate, lawful, and free from any third-party rights infringement.

UniversalTradeMart Content
“UniversalTradeMart Content” refers to all materials created or provided by UniversalTradeMart, including visual interfaces, graphics, software, reports, interactive features, and usage-related data. This content is proprietary and may not be used outside the Platform without prior authorization.

Third-Party Content
“Third-Party Content” includes any content provided by users, advertisers, partners, or other third parties and made available through the Services. UniversalTradeMart does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content. Use of Third-Party Content is at your sole risk.

Buyer(s)
Buyers are Customers who post leads, inquiries, or commercial requests on the UniversalTradeMart Platform. Buyers must ensure that all information submitted is accurate, truthful, and complete.

Seller(s)
Sellers are Customers who list or offer products/services for sale on the UniversalTradeMart Platform. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listings, descriptions, and related content are accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable regulations.

Customer Responsibilities
As a Customer (“You” or “Your”) using the UniversalTradeMart Platform, you are expected to follow all content and privacy guidelines. You must refrain from uploading or sharing any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, misleading, or violates the rights of others.

Content Guidelines
Any content you upload, share, or transmit—such as text, images, videos, reviews, messages, or profile details—must be lawful, accurate, and appropriate for professional use. All content should comply with platform policies and relevant laws. UniversalTradeMart may remove or restrict any content that violates these terms.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Information or data you provide on the UniversalTradeMart Platform—including personal details, communication data, or uploaded materials—will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. While we maintain strict security measures, you remain responsible for the content you share and understand that it may be viewed or accessed by others.

Third-Party Content
Content submitted by other users, advertisers, or external parties may appear on the UniversalTradeMart Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of such content. Your interaction with Third-Party Content is solely at your own risk.

Buyer(s)
Buyers must ensure that all posted leads, inquiries, or business requests are truthful, complete, and compliant with these guidelines and applicable laws.

Seller(s)
Sellers must ensure that all product listings, offers, descriptions, and communication with Buyers adhere to platform guidelines, legal requirements, and the Privacy Policy.

Customer
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to any individual or organization using the UniversalTradeMart Platform or any of its Services.

Content
“Content” refers to all forms of data and information, including reviews, photos, images, audio, videos, location data, and other materials. “Your Content” or “Customer Content” includes any material you upload, post, share, or transmit through the Services—such as ratings, reviews, images, photos, messages, profile information, or other content you store or publicly display. “UniversalTradeMart Content” includes all materials created, owned, or provided by UniversalTradeMart, including visual interfaces, graphics, software, design elements, interactive features, compilations, products, aggregate ratings, reports, and usage-related data associated with your account. This does not include Your Content or Third-Party Content. “Third-Party Content” refers to content provided by individuals, companies, or entities other than UniversalTradeMart or Customers, which is made available through the Platform.

Buyer(s)
Buyers include individuals or entities (either directly or through authorized representatives) who submit business leads, inquiries, or purchase requests on the UniversalTradeMart Platform for commercial purposes.

Seller(s)
Sellers include individuals or entities (either directly or through authorized representatives) who list, offer, or sell products to Buyers through the UniversalTradeMart Platform for commercial purposes.

Customer
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to any individual or entity using the UniversalTradeMart Platform who submits feedback, reviews, ratings, or comments regarding products, services, or interactions on the Platform.

Providing Feedback
Customers may share reviews, ratings, and comments based on their experience with Sellers, products, or services on the UniversalTradeMart Platform. All feedback must be honest, respectful, accurate, and based on genuine interactions. Posting misleading, defamatory, abusive, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

Content Responsibility
“Your Content” or “Customer Content” includes any feedback, ratings, reviews, images, or any other material you submit. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content is truthful, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party. UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that does not comply with platform policies.

Use of Feedback
UniversalTradeMart may use customer feedback to improve platform services, provide insights, or display ratings and reviews publicly. Feedback may also be shared with Sellers for quality improvement, while adhering to applicable privacy policies.

Buyer(s) Feedback
Buyers are encouraged to leave fair, accurate, and constructive feedback about the products or services they engage with. Feedback must not include false or misleading statements and should reflect the Buyer’s actual experience.

Seller(s) Feedback
Sellers may reply to customer reviews or ratings, provided their responses remain professional, factual, respectful, and compliant with all platform guidelines. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their replies do not violate any terms or rights of others.

Customer
The terms “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refer to any individual or entity using the UniversalTradeMart Platform for creating, posting, or managing advertising or promotional materials.

Advertising Content
Customers may publish advertisements, promotional offers, or marketing materials (“Advertising Content”) on the platform. All such content must be clear, truthful, lawful, and free from deceptive, misleading, or offensive elements. Any content that violates applicable laws or platform guidelines is strictly prohibited.

Content Responsibility
“Your Content” or “Customer Content” includes all advertising materials you upload or submit, such as images, banners, text, videos, or external links. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and compliance of your Advertising Content with intellectual property laws, advertising standards, commercial regulations, and privacy requirements.

Platform Content
“UniversalTradeMart Content” includes tools, templates, analytics, designs, and guidelines provided by UniversalTradeMart to support advertising activities. This content is proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, or used outside the platform without prior written authorization.

Third-Party Content
“Third-Party Content” refers to promotional materials or advertisements submitted by other users, partners, or external advertisers. While such content may appear on the UniversalTradeMart Platform, the platform does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of Third-Party Content. Your engagement with it is entirely at your own risk.

Buyer(s) and Seller(s) Advertising
Buyers and Sellers may advertise their requirements, products, or services on the platform. Buyers must ensure that their advertisements accurately represent their inquiries or needs. Sellers must ensure that their promotional claims truthfully represent the products or services offered. All advertisements must comply with platform policies and applicable laws.

Platform Rights
UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to review, monitor, edit, restrict, or remove any Advertising Content that violates platform guidelines, legal obligations, or community standards. The platform may also offer promotional tools, analytics, or visibility features to support advertising efforts.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The UniversalTradeMart Platform and its Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. UniversalTradeMart makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or performance of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the completeness of any content or information provided through the Services.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniversalTradeMart shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from interactions, transactions, or disputes between Buyers and Sellers on the platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UniversalTradeMart, along with its employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content or submissions, your interactions with other users, or any breach of these Terms of Service.

UniversalTradeMart reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in unlawful or harmful activities, or disrupt the proper functioning of the Services. Such termination does not limit UniversalTradeMart’s ability to take additional legal or regulatory action, where necessary.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and UniversalTradeMart regarding your use of our Services. Any failure to enforce a provision shall not be considered a waiver. If any section of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.

If you believe that any material on the UniversalTradeMart Platform violates your copyright, you may file a written complaint with our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include your contact information, a clear description of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing content, and a good-faith statement affirming that the use of the material is unauthorized.
